Necessary documents for the review of the insurance event

copy of the claim of the injured party or beneficiary, containing a claim for compensation for the harm caused, addressed to the carrier;
copy of documents confirming the fact and amount of damage caused (conclusion or resolution of an authorized body on an accident during transportation, a certificate from a medical institution or other documents confirming damage to the life or health of a passenger)
copy of documents confirming the fact and amount of damage caused to the passenger's property (baggage receipt - if available; inventory of property damaged or lost during transportation, indicating approximate weight, drawn up by the passenger in any form; documents confirming the value of the lost property - if available, etc.)
copy of the carrier's decision on compensation for the damage caused
copy of the court decision on compensation for the harm caused, if the case was considered by the court
a document certifying the identity of the victim or beneficiary
documents confirming the entry into the right of inheritance, as well as identity documents of the heirs, if the insurance indemnity is to be paid to the passenger's heirs
