• copy of documents confirming the fact and amount of damage caused to the passenger's property (baggage receipt - if available; inventory of property damaged or lost during transportation, indicating approximate weight, drawn up by the passenger in any form; documents confirming the value of the lost property - if available, etc.)
• copy of the carrier's decision on compensation for the damage caused
• copy of the court decision on compensation for the harm caused, if the case was considered by the court
• a document certifying the identity of the victim or beneficiary
• documents confirming the entry into the right of inheritance, as well as identity documents of the heirs, if the insurance indemnity is to be paid to the passenger's heirs
