1. What is an e-policy?
This is an electronic policy rather than a paper policy. You can issue it yourself on the website, selecting the options you need under the insurance contract. The difference between an electronic policy and a paper one is only in the way it is issued.
2. What should I do if I need to make changes to my CMTPL insurance policy (change the number of drivers, etc.)?
You can make changes to the CMTPL insurance policy yourself in your personal cabinet on our website or you can apply to any division of NEO INSURANCE CORP S.A., regardless of where the policy was issued.
3. What is a comprehensive car insurance policy?
With a comprehensive car insurance policy, you will be able to repair your car or receive compensation in case of damage or loss. At the same time, you can choose additional options (extension of civil liability limits, accident insurance, emergency commissioner services, tow truck services, taxi services, etc.).
4. What to do if there is a road traffic accident?
You need to call the road safety management to establish the fact of the accident. Do not move the car until they arrive, switch on the emergency warning lights and put up an emergency stop sign. If there are casualties, call the ambulance service.
5. Why do you need travel insurance?
It's a mistake to think that you won't need medical attention during your trip. Holidays abroad may be associated with unfortunate circumstances that may lead to an insured event. 6. What is Service Centre?
The Service Centre is a specialised company that organises medical care for tourists around the clock. It acts on behalf of the insurer. Contacts of the service centre can be found in the insurance policy. You should contact them in case of an insured event. Afterwards, you should act in accordance with the instructions from the service centre.
7. What are the specifics of insurance policies to Schengen countries?
Our policies are Schengen compliant and are valid for entry into Schengen countries. But it's worth remembering that some Schengen countries have individual requirements for travel insurance policies. For example, according to the requirements for entry into Austria, the policy must provide COVID-19 coverage for a minimum of 30,000 EUR, and be sure to get a letter of guarantee from the insurance company that the policy is valid and the insurance company is fully liable under the policy. When taking out a policy to the Czech Republic, enclose a cheque for payment, they also accept a letter of guarantee from the insurance company instead of a cheque. If you are going to Poland, it is better to take out a paper policy at the company's offices. The Consul of the Polish Embassy does not accept electronic policies.
8. Is it possible to take out insurance while travelling?
Yes, but the policy becomes effective three days after it is issued.
9. What does the travel insurance policy price depend on?
The price of a travel insurance policy depends on many factors:
